I've had the luxury of living in a lot of locales, including a stint in Europe, but my favorite place to live, without question, is Montana. Over the last 30 years, I have enjoyed living in Bitterroot Valley, the Gallatin Valley and most recently, the Shields Valley. There were a few years that I stepped away from the Treasure State, but it always called me back to what I consider, home. My real estate journey began when I started investing in real estate in 1993. I offered rentals in some pretty fun locations, as well as renovated homes for resell long before the fix & flip era.
In 1991, I finished my marketing studies at SJSU and began studying concepts that actually appealed to me, such as interior and exterior design, contract negotiation, and more recently, I received the Ninja Selling Certification, an intense, relationship based, client-centric business model training. It's my belief that real estate is not a mastery but a practice, so with that mindset, I am frequently studying up on all the latest. Whether that be understanding every change within contracts associated with our business, or being able to clearly articulate the buying or selling process to my clients. My clients are who benefit from this mindset, hence its importance to my business model.
My favorite aspect of real estate is being the catalyst to my clients achieving their dreams and making them reality. The dream may be purchasing their first home in their favorite area or it may be buying that ranch they have always dreamed of. Conversely, there is nothing better than watching my client's eyes brighten up when they see their maximized Seller Net Sheet, achieved by simply trusting my concept, 'Renovate to Elevate.' I simply cannot wait to walk alongside you, down the path to your real estate goals.
